TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General

These General Terms and Conditions of Business (as amended) shall apply to business relationships of any kind between Thunderlings and the customer. Customers may be businesses or consumers. A consumer shall mean any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can be primarily attributed neither to a trade nor a profession. A business shall mean a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity which, in concluding a legal transaction, is acting in the exercise of its trade or profession. The currency used for all rates and for all transactions is the Euro €, currency code: EUR

Payments

​

For Consumers and businesses:

An order is considered confirmed after the total price is paid and received by Thunderlings.

The order will be shipped once Thunderlings has received full payment for the complete order.

By placing your order and paying Thunderlings you agree to these terms and conditions.

Delivery times

​

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the order, provided that we receive due payment, clearance and have stock availability. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Lithuanian public holidays.

An order confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. If you have not received this confirmation within 24 hours please contact us at info@thunderlings.com.

​

Once your package is shipped we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect your package.

Shipping costs

​

Shipping costs will be calculated, added to your order and displayed at checkout.

 

​

Countries we ship to

​

We currently ship only within Lithuania and are hoping to offer EU shipping very soon. We may offer shipping to other countries upon request.

Lithuanian Orders

​

Lithuanian orders will be delivered within 5 business days, with the exception of sale and Christmas periods. A text notification will be sent to your cell phone when your package is ready to be collected (provided you filled in your correct phone number when ordering).

Late delivery

​

If your order has not been delivered within a week after the stated delivery time, please contact us at info@thunderlings.com. This may mean that there is an issue with your order, contact us to avoid further delays.

 

​

Unclaimed Packages

​

If an order is declined, not picked up or not acknowledged within the designated time period and this results in the order being sent back to our warehouse, Thunderlings will refund the order minus the shipping and handling fees.

Goods Damaged in Transit

​

Thunderlings ensures all packages sent out are quality-checked and damage free when leaving our warehouse. Any damage occurred in transit that is visible before the package has been opened should be reported to us at info@thunderlings.com immediately.

Order change, cancellation and returns

​

We hope you will love everything you have ordered from us, but if something isn’t quite right, we have a 14 day returns policy from the day you receive your order.

​

Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel an already submitted order. If you want to cancel your order, you can file a return or refuse to accept delivery - your order will be returned to sender. Once returned to us, we will process it and issue a refund (minus shipping and handling fees).

Returns

​

If, for any reason you wish, or need, to return your purchase from Thunderlings.com, you can easily do so within 14 days of delivery.


If your item has incurred damage during delivery, has missing parts or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us by email at www.thunderlings.com for assistance.

Thunderlings should be informed of incorrect merchandise or merchandise damaged from shipping immediately and no later than 14 days after delivery in order to process a refund.

​

You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of sending the parcel back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.

 

​

Exchanges

​

Currently we are not able to offer exchange of items. Should you be interested in a different product, style or size please return your item/s to us and place a new order.

Which Items Can be Returned?

​

We can only accept returns of merchandise purchased from our website.


All returned items must be:

In original condition

In the original packaging and with all original labels intact

Including all parts, accessories, manuals etc.

Which Returns Cannot be Refunded?

​

Unfortunately, items with missing components, parts, original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals cannot be refunded.

​

Items returned after 15 days of received delivery will not be refunded.

 

​

Important information regarding your return

​

When shopping online, please be conscious of your consumption. Processing returns has an environmental impact and Thunderlings consider free returns to be an unsustainable cost. Therefore, return-shipping is at your own expense. This is our way to try and contribute to limiting direct climate effect.

Please put the original shipping form inside the parcel. Should you not do this, we might not be able to trace who has returned the item and might not be able to correctly issue a refund. Therefore it is vital that you add the original shipping form to the return parcel.

We recommend using a traceable shipping option.

​

Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us, so please remember to ask for a proof of the postage.

​

Force Majeure

​

Thunderlings shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Other documentation

Thunderlings does not accept responsibilities beyond those set forth here, including any liability for products not being available for use, or for the provision of services and support. Thunderlings shall not be liable for loss of profits, loss of business, or other consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products or services, Thunderlings is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products or services. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Thunderlings be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profit arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Thunderlings has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of the materials or information on this site results in the need for servicing or repair, Thunderlings shall not be liable for any costs incurred. Thunderlings continually upgrades, improves, and revises its products and services to provide customers with new products and services. Thunderlings may revise or discontinue products at any time without prior notice to customers. Natural oil and/or wax finishes with stains are liable to fading during the first year. Linen is a natural material that crinkles and shifts, therefore, there may be slight imperfections in each such product.
